Auctions

We operate in partnership with “iamsold”, an award winning online property auction provider.

The traditional method of Sale by Private Treaty does not suit all of our clients. With no fees to pay on the sale of properties via the Modern Method of Auction this may better suit your needs.

The modern method of auction is a massive benefit as we attract bids from day one of the property being marketed, and build them up to get the highest possible price for you. The reserve price is a pre –agreed figure, which is essentially the minimum figure you would be prepared to accept for your property. This figure is strictly confidential, ensuring best possible price, as a potential buyer will have every opportunity to bid as high as they see fit.
